There are many crosses, crucfixes and other religious items to choose from both on-line and in stores. But did you know that the majority of those items, and yes, even the ones with popular names and Italian design, are now being made in China? While we empathize and pray for the plight of the people in countries like China, by purchasing products made in these countries, you are supporting governments zealously advancing ideologies lethal to freedom and faith.
China is one of many oppressive countries who routinely, as a matter of State policy, arrest, torture, and murder Catholic priests, Christian missionaries, and those of any non-approved "State Church". China is also guilty of the frequent destruction of Churches and places of worship and brutal intimidation of the laity.
We realize it is hard to find items not made in China. Please, however make every effort to avoid buying religious items from countries such as China.
