Crosses
The Holy Spirit is symbolized in many
different ways, however the descending dove is certainly the most
popular symbol of the Holy Spirit in the West. It is fitting then
that confirmation crosses are frequently adorned with a dove.
Young or old, the gift of a confirmation cross can serve as a
life long reminder of the promise and privilege given and made
between Jesus and ourselves in the sacrament that fullfills the
grace of Baptism and initiaties fully as Christians in the Church.
